I have copied the post from Zach of FGC clarifying the situation incase anyone posts on FGC for advertisements or are in games on that board.
1. The owner of FGC, Ryan/mofitud, took action on FGC to delete all of the members, de-admin all of the admins, and change the board to MBA.
2. At first, we weren't sure if it was really Ryan that did it, seeing as he hasn't been around for quite some time. The admin team has since contacted him. He claims he didn't have anything to do with it. Whether this is true or not, we are unsure. He said he would be online to try and help us figure it out, but I personally haven't seen him yet.
3. We have been communicating with a member of the yuku staff who has been communicating with the legal team for us. We are seeing what can be done. I predict there will be a conclusion to this tonight. Prepare for the best and the worst.
