LonnekeI volunteer at the local Marina. I mostly clean the decks and habitat and feed the mammals. It's something for now. Cruise: Volunteer work, Lonneke? Are you from Hollywood? That is the only place on earth where volunteer work is considered a part time job. Silly! Regardless, I'm glad you are finding something to do with your off time and learning some adult responsibility. I like the shot of you and I think it's believable with the wet suit on. You are one the few that looks likes you are enjoying your new "job". Isabeli: I think that this is a decent photo and a believable job. You should be getting paid for it The water looking so blue and your outfit, contributes to its believability. It looks like an aquarium or marina, and the wet spots on your suit add to the type of job you are performing. Doutzen: You look very sexy and I like this, its believable. Claudia: Lonne, I really like this. I love the colors and you look like one of the people who work at sea world. I think you did a good job

KarolinaLimo Driver
Karolina isn't loving her part-time job. But her dad convinced her ! Cruise: Nope, you don't look like your loving your new job. Perhaps you'll end up driving somebody really cool and hip... that might make the job better. Anyway, I think satisfied the theme this week and but you don't' look the part of a limo driver. The outfit doesn't seem to add up. Either way I think you did well. Good job. Isabeli: Karolina, you definitely don't look as if you are enjoying your job. In fact you look kind of bored. Doesn't a limo driver wear some sort of uniform, also? Your clothing looks as if you are just hanging out or going for a drive by yourself, but I do understand how you came to choose the job you did. You met the theme, but I'm not too excited about the photo itself...still, nice try Doutzen: I think you look bored stiff in this! I dont think the outfit goes with your job, I know limo drivers have uniforms.. But I know this works alright for the theme. Claudia: Aww..I think limo driver would be fun you do look bored...and you still look pretty..good job.

Lisa Being a cosmetic surgeon is never fun when u botch up an operation and make them look even more foolish before they come in Cruise: Are you a cosmetic surgeon, or are you the one getting the awful surgery done? I'm confused on this shoot. Either way I don't think the theme has been fulfilled. I believe that being a surgeon of any type would need a college education and you haven't gotten that far in your little life yet and you can't really have a career as a cosmetic surgery patient. I think the picture is funny but not placed well in this theme. Sorry. Isabeli: Lisa, Lisa, Lisa... Let me say that I think the only way that I knew who you were was because of the "L" on your hat. Am I correct? Now, onto the photo. The challenge did say no teachers, or doctors, etc...Isn't a Cosmetic Surgeon a doctor? Also, I know that a doctor's mask is sanitary, but your face can't be seen at all, if that is "you"..Always try to remember to say who you are in a photo, so that nobody has to guess. While this is probably a serious issue, (even though it could look sort of funny, too), I don't think that you met the theme because you're supposed to have a "crappy" job, and a cosmetic surgeon should get paid the big bucks, and your face is so beautiful but can't be seen here. Sorry! Doutzen: I am sorry this doesnt work at all, I dont like it, its on the creepy side that isnt neat creepy. I cant tell which one is you, and as Tom said the profession requires a college education. Sorry Hon. Claudia: I dont know which one you are and I agree this is creepy. Sorry.

Caroline Caroline's first job was working at the laundry mat, trying to wash those rich peoples clothes, trying to make a few bucks after her parents said it was time to start making some cash and but when she puts a bit too much soap and things go wild how will she ever pay the rent? Cruise: Oh what a drama queen! You look like you should be in a calgon commercial because you seem very overwhelmed. I love the creativity here Caroline, and while the outfit doesn't match the job, the creativity is great. It's obvious to me that you won't be staying on the laundry mat for much longer but in that outfit maybe a hostess position at fancy restaurant would be better. Isabeli: Caroline, working in a laundromat can be overwhelming, especially when you add way too much soap, and it overflows. Anyhow, this is a creative job choice, but your outfit is so formal for this type of job. You also look as though you couldn't care less that you had this great mess in front of you. Kudos to you for attempting to work in a laundromat. Doutzen:I think this is so cute and I love how you went with something a little different.. This makes me think of a story about a upper class girl who gets a crappy job because her parents want her to learn life lessons and earn her own spending money. Great Job you look beautiful ! Claudia: OMG..Ive done that I like this. You look great and its so believable. Good job.

LouiseLouise is working part time as a dog walker and as you can see the dog seems to be the boss and walking isnt' on his mind right now..lol Cruise: I'm sooooo glad that Katie and I aren't paying you to walk our dog Louise. I would realize right here and now that you are ripping us off. Walking a dog requires walking. But with those heals on... I can see how you might be finding a place to sit down and take some of the heat of your own two dogs (feet). lol. Anyway, you're cute... so I'm sure you'll stay employed for awhile. As long as your clients are men. Doutzen: I really like this! I think its so cute, I love how your smiling down at the dog but the heels haha a bit uncomfy as Tom said. Overall this works really well in my opinion! Isabeli: Louise, I think this is a nice photo. You look as if you really like the dog, and your job. I think that this works for the theme and it's nice to see an animal lover Claudia:This is really cute. Dog walking isnt easy :-P especially in those shoes..and awww to the dog. I like this. Good job.

PriyankaPriyanka's part time job has to do with cleaning the environment. She goes to the local park to clean the litter and tend the plants. Cruise: zzzzzzzzzz, cleaning up the environment. I'm sorry but it's just boring to me. And Priyanka, this is a candid shot. You won't convince me that it's not... sorry but if that is an editorial shot, then I'll be surprised. Regardless, it's believable but still it has a yawn factor to it that just doesn't really move me. Doutzen: I wish I could see some props to make me believe you arent just jogging in the park. I also agree this SCREAMS candid. I know you said the last picture wasnt candid, but this and that are candid looking. Photoshoots have a crisper, professional look. This doesnt. Isabeli: Priyanka, I have to echo my fellow judges here. The moment I saw this, I thought it was a candid photo as well. It looks very posed, and there really isn't anything believable that makes you look as if you actually have a job in that park. Also, the watermark is distracting. The photo also seems to lack just a bit in quality. Claudia: Aww, this doesnt fit the theme...I totally see a jogger here and agree this looks like a candid

Anja
NANNY/BABYSITTER Cruise: You know what this reminds me of? The Sound Of Music... when the nanny had to dress up for the Christmas party that the Vontrap man was having... anyway, I like this, AND I believe it! Well done Anja! Doutzen: Other than the quality seeming a bit off, this is super cute and very, very realistic. I think you did great this round. Isabeli: What a charming photo, Anja. You definitely look the part of a Nanny, and a job with children is so rewarding. This photo is fitting for the theme, and realistic for a temporary job as well. Good Job! Claudia: I like this...although you look kinda manequinish...but my alter ego loves them..so that works for you You look pretty in a plastic sort of way...good job.

JuliaShoot 3- Crappy Part-Time Job Being a Junior Lifeguard at a Private Yacht Club (three days a week) for wealthy people really makes me want to finish college and get a much better job so I can become rich also. Here I am finishing my duties of cleaning the pool and preparing to head inside to clean the sports area and lend my services in the dining hall. These wealthy folk are so demanding. ETA: Added to explanation.Cruise: OMG! I'm so laughing out loud over those goggles (?). Everything about you look s HOT except for those things on your eyes. Well done darling and I think you could have left it as Lifeguard instead of having to do dining hall services as well. Regardless, you nailed it baby! Good job! Doutzen: You have impressed me again Julia! This is so fitting , I love the suit and the hair and just everything with this.. Good Job! Isabeli: Julia, this photo is very believable, and who wouldn't want to drown, if they knew you would save them? I like the bathing suit, the cap, and even the goggles because that is what is definitely necessary for your type of job. I think you really fit the challenge this week, and look beautiful doing it. Great job! Claudia: First of all, I love the pic...but also, your story cracked me up and made it so much more believable. You look beautiful. Great job!

Elena* Pulled from her Rough Drafts* "part-time tree seeder" You can tell what her job is just bye the name of it. It is a tireing back braking job but hey some one needs to do it and some one needs the money for school Cruise: First, I don't understand why you didn't submit in your final drafts? Maybe you forgot? Regardless, this isn't the most believable part time job. I didn't think there were such things as people who were known as "tree seeders". But I guess there might be. Anyway, it looks cold wherever you are and while I don't know about the job, I can see how it could be believable. But still, the idea of you not coming back to do a final submission is scary to me. Isabeli: Elena, I actually had to look up what a "tree seeder" was, because I hadn't really ever heard of the job. Of course, we love our trees to grow, so it is actually quite a good thing. I did find out that there are implements that you can use so it doesn't have to be so back-breaking. However, seeing as you probably didn't have that tool available, you were probably in pain. The photo is decent. You look as if you are in a forest, so the job can be believable, but you also look a bit bored...maybe because you are tired. In any event, as Tom also said, rough drafts are good because in case you can't submit for any reason, it's there for the taking, but it's also nice to let a judge know that you won't be able to submit. Doutzen: I am not buying this that much. I see frumpy and unhappy girl outside.. Tree seeder? I do not believe thats a job title.. Maybe gardner or something along those lines, and I am not going to echo the final drafts stuff, just know that we understand emergenices but try to give tom a heads up.. Claudia: Aww..I dont love this at all. You look like a tree hugger not a tree seeder :-P

CocoDOG WALKER Cruise: Coco I actually like this shot, you look like you could be walking dogs for the upper class and being paid a salary to do it, you look so upscale in that out fit. Is it a style of uniform handed out by your employer. I wish I could see a bit more of you since you are sort of distant in the shot and it seems a bit blurry but I think it's a fun shot and I love that outfit and that dog. Isabeli: Coco, this is a good photo for the theme. Where I live, a dog walker usually gets walked by the dogs, because they usually are walking at least 3 dogs, but I suppose in other areas one dog will suffice. You look as though you are walking the dog in a very well-to-do neighborhood, and you, yourself, look like you belong there as well. The photo is a little far away, and it would be better to see more of you, because as a result, it's a little fuzzy, but it does work for the theme, so nice job! Doutzen: I wish I could see you a bit better, but this cute and it works for a dog walker. Overall, I am not stunned but it works. Claudia:This is cute...I do wish I could see you better..but it works.

LilyElderly helper Every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday, Lily visits elderly Mrs. Raybelle down the street for two hours and helps her with weekly errands. This could range from anything to preparing food, cleaning, feeding her cats, and of course watering her vast number of plants.Cruise: Quality issues here Lily and IMO that is the only thing that distracts from this shot being a first call out in my opinion. It's a great shot, a great story and the dishes on the floor seal the deal for me. Along with your expression and even your wardrobe would be acceptable for that line of work. And what a noble job it is... Good job honey. Isabeli: Lily, this photo is good for the theme, and it is honorable to help the elderly. As Tom pointed out, there is a quality issue that exists. You did, however, match your job description pretty accurately with what your photo shows, so that's a plus. Doutzen: Awesome Job Lily! I am loving this and your look. Your such a sweet girl. Claudia: Another one where the story sealed the deal! I really like this Lily...you are so damn cute...and this is very believable. Good job.
